Finally good and tasty artisan bread that will leave you feeling full after two slices and which you can enjoy. Yes, it's expensive. But I can't imagine how it could be cheaper considering the quality of the ingredients and the time put into preparing it. That's why all those strange reviews with few stars because of the price, just sad. And it doesn't make any sense. Some good gluten-free bread where you don't bite on cotton wool and actually get the necessary good substances is expensive. Certainly not cheaper than what they ask here. Strange to expect people to work below cost price. Vinegar pissers. We don't often come to Essen from the Netherlands, but when we do we stock up to enjoy this delicious bread. Keep it up, we are very happy with you! Your work is groundbreaking, even the gluten eaters in our family can't resist having a slice ;) I don't have a favorite, all the bread we got is tasty. I do have a soft spot for buckwheat haha We don't come often, but we are now regular customers.

Absolutely unreliable. I order a birthday cake from 4 weeks ago for €160 personally/in writing from the pastry chef for December 24th. (Cake talk) And found out today that the order has disappeared. Absolutely inexcusable and a joke!! Your answer is a joke, because I gave us a written order signed on paper. If you cannot fulfill orders, you can at least expect a notification!! Help out with a marble cake! As a substitute for a cake...that's called a "big cinema"! And if I sign a written order, it is legally binding. Even when I asked personally about it, the order was personally confirmed to me by her pastry chef 1 week after placing the order! Or can you not rely on the word!?
